Tater on TV: What’s on Tonight 12/18/22

Only a handful of new shows tonight. It’s that time of year to watch Christmas movies. I think I will start listing some of those in the lineup today.

ABC

7pm – The Sound of Music

CBS

7:30pm – 60 Minutes

8:30pm – When Christmas Was Young

CW

8pm – Coroner

9pm – Coroner – the season finale

NBC

8pm – Sunday Night Football – Giants at Commanders

Various Non-Streaming Options

Yellowstone is on Paramount at 8 followed by the series premiere of 1923 at 9. I think 1923 will only air on Paramount Plus going forward.

The Life of Jesus Part 1 is on FOX News at 10.

Dirty Jobs is on Discovery at 8.

Limitless with Chris Hemsworth premieres on National Geographic at 9 and 10.

Christmas Cookie Challenge is on Food Network at 8 and 9. The 9pm one is the season finale.

Home Town is on HGTV at 8 and 9.

Real Housewives of Potomac is on Bravo at 8 followed by Family Karma at 9 and Watch What Happens Live at 10.

Home Alone is on Freeform at 6:45 followed by Home Alone 2: Lost in New York at 9;15.

National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation is on AMC at 7.

Hanukkah on Rye is on Hallmark at 8.

On the Premium Channels

Dangerous Liaisons is on Starz at 8 followed by Step Up at 9.

George & Tammy is on Showtime at 9 followed by The L Word: Generation Q at 10 and Ziwe at 11.

Rogue Heroes is on Epix at 9.

Tater’s Thoughts

After the World Cup game today I’m not sure what I will watch. I have caught up on all of the shows I watch alone and the Ravens game was yesterday.

I will be recording Yellowstone and Coroner to watch when others are home.

I’ve been watching George & Tammy. I’m not sure how much more I care about George Jones and Tammy Wynette.
