I am a husband and father.  An avid reader and couch potato. I watch a lot of TV and sports. I started blogging while I was working a solo job and needed a way to get my thoughts out, but didn’t really start blogging regularly until a few years ago.

I recently left a job that made me very unhappy and am figuring out my next step in life. While figuring things out I am blogging and writing on a regular basis.

I don’t have a “niche” and will likely never have one. I write whatever is in my head that day.

I am called tater because of my enduring love of tater tots. I once walked a cheetah. There is nothing else interesting about me.

    My name is Daphne Mays and I work for BBC America. I found you through a post mentioning “Freaks and Geeks” and thought I’d get in touch. We’re in the process of introducing people to a show from the UK called “Skins”. It’s often been compared to “Freaks and Geeks” and does deal with similar themes and issues, but in its own unique way. We’re working really hard to get the word out about the show, and we have a lot of great media to share. We’d love it if you could post about the show, and include some of our exclusive content. Would you be at all interested in doing this? We have exclusive video interviews with the cast and exclusive photos that haven’t been released to the press, so you’d definitely be giving your readers some inside information.
