My sleep patterns are off.

My wife is in Kentucky with her mom and will be there for at least another week.

My son has been staying here off and on due to issues at his condo.

My regular Thursday schedule will be an hour later and my normal video appointment is in person.

I never know who is going to be in my house or when.

I was up early enough to write before I leave the house but there is nothing when I make the attempt.

I tried to share a Medium article on reading here, but WordPress was not an option when I tried.
