I have watched my lottery dream house while at the gym. Man, some of those people have no sense. Some dude won a million bucks and bought a house for $550,000. I mean upkeep of the house and property and pool and property taxes makes for a very foolish decision. Although some people are smart too, another couple went simple and only spent $160,000
