The World's Common Tater

I don’t have much more in my head this morning so I will put a couple of ideas here to see what feedback I might get.

First, social media:

I was talking to my therapist yesterday and social media came up. I talked about the mood boost I get from interactions on Facebook and social media in general. I know there is a lot of negativity towards social media and I’m sure I will get at least one comment here from someone who will feel the need to tell everyone they don’t use social media

No one cares. Move along.

Now, back to the point(if there is one). I get a mental boost from social media interaction. I like that people read my posts and think they are funny. That brought my mind back to Tik Tok. I don’t know why my brain is telling me I should try posting there, but there it is. Then this idea:

I have my list of phrases I hear that I say would be a good band name(I added Schrodinger’s Queen yesterday) I had the idea that I could do short videos of me revealing one or two band names from the list each day. Maybe I will try it. Maybe not.

Writing:

I’m trying to figure out how to be more successful on Medium. What I am doing now is hit or miss. I’ve always avoided the idea of having a niche. I like to write about whatever I want. I will continue doing that. but I have noticed that on Medium my book-related posts get read more than others.

My idea – I will keep writing whatever I want here and on Medium. However, I will start a publication on Medium for only book-related articles. That will help separate my book stuff from random stuff so the people who want to read only my book stuff can subscribe to the publcation and avoid my random stuff.

Your thoughts on the two ideas?

Suggestions for a publication name?
