Bloganuary 15: What is a life lesson you feel everyone can benefit from learning?

Normally, this would have the prompt picture before the words, but I can’t get it to upload this morning.

I have a couple of posts that could answer this question.

First, the lessons I keep trying to learn.

Second, the one I will summarize today – live like you are dying

The lesson – tomorrow is not promised to anyone. Stop thinking you will do the important things later. Stop waiting until you retire to enjoy life. Stop putting off that visit to see the people you love. Stop waiting to tell people you love them.

You won’t look back on your life and wish you had worked more. You won’t look back and wish you had been busier doing all the chores and errands that are always there.

You will look back and wish you had taken that trip. You will look back and wish you had spent more time with the people you love. You will look back and realize a lot of the “important” things you focused on weren’t actually that important.
