Tater on TV: What’s on Tonight 10/24/21

It was a late, but exciting night in Tater Town. The Braves are going to the World Series! I get two days to catch up on some TV and then I start watching baseball most nights again.

ABC

7pm – America’s Funniest Home Videos – a repeat

8pm – Celebrity Wheel of Fortune – also a repeat

9pm – Supermarket Sweep – another repeat

10pm – Queens – a chance to watch the premiere that aired this week.

CBS

The CBS schedule might start late in some areas due to football

7:30pm – 60 Minutes

8:30pm – The Equalizer

9:30pm – NCIS: Los Angeles

10:30pm – SEAL Team

CW

8pm – Legends of the Hidden Temple

9pm – Masters of Illusion – two repeat episodes in place of the already pulled from the schedule Killer Camp

FOX

8pm – The Simpsons

8:30pm – The Great North

9pm – Bob’s Burgers

9:30pm – Family Guy

NBC

8pm – Sunday Night Football – Indianapolis Colts at San Francisco 49ers

Various Non-Streaming Options

PBS has Call the Midwife at 8, Grantchester at 9, and Baptiste at 10.

History Channel has The Engineering That Built the World at 9 followed by When Big Things go Wrong at 10.

Food Network has Halloween Wars at 9 followed by Outrageous Pumpkins at 10.

Renovation, Inc: Home Sweet Home is on HGTV at 10.

Bravo has The Real Housewives of Potomac at 8, The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City at 9, and Watch What Happens Live at 10.

Fear the Walking Dead is on AMC at 9 followed by The Walking Dead: World Beyond at 10.

Tater’s Thoughts

Sunday nights are all Walking Dead or football for me. I might watch some of the football game and then watch Fear the Walking Dead if I am awake enough.

I will still watch the SEAL Team episodes until they are only available on Paramount Plus.

I’m surprised we already have a network airing repeats this early in the season. Another network is airing repeats tomorrow. We usually get closer to Thanksgiving before this starts.

  1. Thanks for the reminder about Queens. I’ve set that up to record the series. Doing that sent me down a rabbit hole with my Roku remote vs. DTV remote vs. TV remote for getting back and forth. Gah! After I messed it up, then fixed it, I discovered that I didn’t have to go through all that after all. Ugh.
