It was another late night watching baseball so a bit of a late start this morning. Hopefully, the series ends tonight and I get a few days before watching my team in the World Series.
ABC
8pm – Station 19
9pm – Grey’s Anatomy
10pm – Big Sky
CBS
8pm – Young Sheldon
8:30pm – United States of Al
9pm – Ghosts
9:30pm – B Positive
10pm – Bull
CW
8pm – Coronoer – The season finale
9pm – Legacies
FOX
8pm – Thursday Night Football – Broncos at Browns. Baker Mayfield, Nick Chubb, and Kareem Hunt are all out for the game. It could get ugly for Cleveland.

Tater’s Thoughts
I will once again be watching baseball all night. I wish the games started earlier or were shorter. I’m very tired.
We watch all of the CBS sitcoms except Young Sheldon. I really like Ghosts.
I watch all of the ABC shows. I will stick with Grey’s until the end. I wish they would focus more on bringing in some fun new characters instead of continuing to do storylines with the boring Owen and Teddy, annoying Amelia, and “perfect” Meredith.
My wife still watches Blacklist. I gave up years ago.
I hate Meredith…least favorite character….on another note…why do you think a streaming service would cancel a show? It seems odd to me

I would assume streaming services cancel shows for the same reason networks do – not enough viewers to justify the cost of the show.

But at that point…isn’t it a sunk cost? Do they get additional ad dollars in some way?

I’m not sure how it all works. I know I have the ad supported version of Hulu so they do get ad dollars. I’m not sure what drives a service like Netflix to cancel.
