Tater on TV: What’s on Tonight 10/15/21

Happy Friday! The end of another week is here. TV rewards you by being generally boring tonight. Here’s the lineup,

ABC

9pm – 20/20

CBS

Old people night.

8pm – SWAT

9pm – Magnum PI

10pm – Blue Bloods

CW

8pm – Penn & Teller: Fool Us

9pm – Nancy Drew – With the news of Sabrina coming to Riverdale I feel like it’s only a matter of time until they crossover with Nancy Drew.

FOX

8pm – ALCS – Boston Red Sox @ Houston Astros – Two teams no one outside of Houston and Boston like. Fun.

NBC

8pm – Home Sweet Home – a new show from Ava DuVernay where two families leading very different lives switch places. In tonight’s episode a Black LGBTQ couple and their three kids switch places with a Greek Orthodox family of six.

9pm – Dateline

History of Horror is on AMC at 10.

Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives is on Food Network at 9.

Tater’s Thoughts

As always, I will watch the old people night on CBS.

I might see what Home Sweet Home is like. If so, I will post my thoughts.

I will watch Day of the Dead and review it here.

    1. I think there is a new Hardy Boys on Hulu. I know Nancy Drew and Riverdale aren’t traditionally the same universe, but since the Nancy Drew show has gone full supernatural anything can happen.
