Wednesday is another busy night for me. My effort to watch Survivor live might be thwarted by late afternoon/evening plans.
ABC
8pm – The Goldbergs
8:30pm – The Wonder Years
9pm – The Conners
9:30pm – Home Economics
10pm – A Million Little Things
CBS
8pm – Survivor
9pm – Tough as Nails – the season premiere. I like this one more than I expected, but it all depends on how much I like the contestants. I’m glad Phil has a gig until Amazing Race is possible again.
10pm – CSI: Vegas – I didn’t watch this one when it was on before so I won’t be watching the revival.
CW
8pm – Riverdale
9pm – In the Dark
FOX
8pm – The Masked Singer – the first three people unmasked have been pretty well known this time. It’s more fun when I know who the unmasked celebrity is.
9pm – Alter Ego
NBC
8pm – Chicago Med
9pm – Chicago Fire
10pm – Chicago PD
Various Non-Streaming Options
Bravo has The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills at 7 and 8 followed by The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City at 9:30.
American Horror Story is on FX at 10.
HGTV has HGTV Urban Oasis 2021 at 7, Curb Appeal Xtreme at 8, Houses With History at 9, and House Hunters at 10.
The NL Wild Card Game, LA vs. St Louis, is on TBS at 8.
Tater’s Picks
Survivor is my top priority tonight. I will watch as close to live as possible. My wife watches Tough as Nails with me, so we will get to that this week.
I like all of the ABC comedies and I’m still sticking with A Million Little Things for now.
We still watch Chicago Fire. I’m hoping for more focus on the younger cast members and less on the boring Casey and Severide,
I will watch The Masked Singer tomorrow morning while the world is still asleep.
Ok. I don’t watch the masked singer, but who was unmasked so far?

Cool. I haven’t watched much tv this week. My husband is away this weekend and I’m saving up for a binge!

I want to watch something really funny. It’s been so long that I’ve laughed so hard at a movie or TV show. Any suggestions?

I just watched The Other Two on HBO Max and thought it was funny. If you haven’t watched Brooklyn 99 or The Good Place they are two consistently funny shows. B99 is on Hulu. The Good Place is on Netflix. Speechless always made me laugh. It is on Hulu. My some tells me What We Do in the Shadows is funny. It’s also on Hulu. I’m drawing a blank on more recent shows and movies.

Evidently network TV is a wasteland for me. I’m okay with that. Eventually there will be something, I’m sure.

The most recent season of AHS is particularly violent. I’ve watched that show since the beginning, It hasn’t been scary since the first season but at least the campy elements have toned down.

I’ve never watched it. A friend from high school’s son is apparently one of the monsters? this season so I considered watching

I also have a friend from high school with a daughter who was a cast member on SNL for a season. It’s weird for a small town school like mine to have all of that
