This week in TV is all about returning shows. Only one new show premieres this week. I will continue doing these posts until we hit the point where most shows have premiered. Here is what is on tonight.
ABC
8pm – Dancing With the Stars
10pm – The Good Doctor – the season premiere, We watched the first episode of this one when it premiered. I can’t remember if we didn’t like it or just decided we had too many shows at that time to record it regularly.
CW
8pm – Roswell, New Mexico – I feel like I would like this. I don’t know why I never watched it.
CBS
8pm – The Neighborhood
8:30pm – Bob Hearts Abishola – still surprised this one is still on
9pm – NCIS – now with less Mark Harmon
10pm – NCIS: Hawaii – I was bored last week so I decided to watch the first episode of this. It was your typical procedural. People who miss Hawaii 5-0 would probably like it. I saw a lot of homophobic comments regarding the show. Seems your typical NCIS fan thinks it is appalling to have two women kiss.
FOX
8pm – 911
9pm – The Big Leap – Whoever decided to schedule a show about a fictional dance reality show opposite an actual dance reality show needs to be fired. It is a very good show and got really bad ratings. Read my review here.
NBC
8pm – The Voice – I have to say that clips of Ariana Grande on the show makes me consider watching just to see her.
10pm – Ordinary Joe – I think it is funny that the synopsis of the show has to call the main character Cop Joe, Nurse Joe, or Music Joe. Read my review here.
Various Non-Streaming Options
Below Deck and Below Deck Mediterranean on Bravo.
Monday Night Football on ESPN with the Peyton and Eli version on ESPN2.
Food Network has Halloween Baking at 9, Chocolate Meltdown at 10, and The Big Bake at 11.
HGTV has Help! I Wrecked My House at 8 and 9 followed by House Hunters.
I’m disappointed that the Big Leap did poorly last week. I’ll continue to watch it until they give it the axe.

I’m hoping meh give it time, maybe move it to a new night before canceling. They also need to take into account that the first two episodes are already on Hulu so a lot of us have already watched them before the hit TV
