I traveled outside the United States for the first time in years over the Easter holiday. We went to Niagara Falls, Canada and crossed the border four times during the trip. We traveled without passports, something you will not be able to do after June 1, 2009. I expected the border crossing to be difficult with just the driver’s license and birth certificate, but all the crossings were nice and easy. I was surprised that the biggest concern at the Canada/US border is the possibility of citrus crossing the border. Is this why we are securing the northern borders? To stop the rogue oranges from attacking?
